"Jake, thank you for giving us this review so that I could do more research on your concern. First, I found that you are not a customer with Gary Bock State Farm. In fact, as I researched your concerns I found that you are actually an employee at Camping World in Cedar Falls Iowa. It appears that you are in the service/body shop/department at Camping World Cedar Falls Iowa. I also found that one of our customers who had a claim from Aug 2024 is finally able to get her camper in for repair at Camping World. What I also learned is that my customer dropped off her camper 5 weeks prior for an estimate and subsequent repair. My customer also called repeatedly to Camping World Cedar Falls and after many attempts, no one from Camping World would return her calls. Come to find out, Camping World logged her camper under the WRONG NAME. No wonder she is frustrated with Camping World in Cedar Falls. When our insured couldn't get calls back from the service/body shop advisor, she called my office for assistance in reaching someone for help at Camping World in Cedar Falls. I am personally thankful that my team would care enough for our customers to make calls for them to your facility to ask enough tough questions to finally get some answers for our insured so that they can get the help that they deserve. I am confident that my service/claims team was able to ask those tough questions of you, not in a rude way, but rather in a straight-forward way so that both our customer and Camping World can get this claim moving forward and finalized for the insured, under the correct owner/insureds name. As my team mission states, "we are here for you before life happens" I guess I should change it to include "here for you before and when life happens."
